| Your Team Deserves A Break |
 Making your team work all the time is not fair. After all, your team is a bunch of humans and not robot machines. So, it only makes sense that you give your team some time off and give them a much needed and well deserved break.If you are giving your team the break that it deserves, you are likely to keep your team members happy. And being a team leader, you would well understand the importance of keeping various members of the team happy. After all, you can achieve the desired output only when your teammates are happy. Besides, a break gives various members a change to refresh and rejuvenate themselves. So, when your team gets back to work again, they are likely to offer much better results. Giving your team a break need not mean sending all of them for a vacation. A simple thing like a nice corporate lunch or dinner can serve the purpose. You may also want to give your team a day off after the accomplishment of a particular project. Or, how about bringing in some games inside the office?
