When in a team, each one considers him as a team leader and works towards a single goal. But, for effective contribution of ideas and better productivity, effective team communication is a must.
Usually, a team consists of more than four people working on a common issue. More team members mean exposure to even more number of ideas, assurance of no flaws in project as well as better network connections.
